Required Documents

Documents Required for Registration:

The following documents must be provided at the time of Registration.

1. Completed and signed Registration Form. An incomplete form will not be accepted. Registration form is available online and at the school premises.
   Please fill the required information correctly and print it.
2. 1 copy of Family Registration Certificate from NADRA.

OR

• 1 copy of Birth Certificate from NADRA and B-Form from NADRA.
  UNION COUNCIL and METROPOLITAN Certificate will not be accepted.

     3. 1 copy of Parents CNIC (Mother & Father).

     4. 4 photographs (Passport size) with name of the student printed at back of the photograph with white    background.

     5. 1 copy of child’s updated Vaccination Record.

     6. Academic Records:

• • Previous School Result- December of current Academic Year and August-May of Previous Academic year.
  • Leaving Certificate.

     7. 1 recent Family Photograph to be submitted at the time of Registration.
